5. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of our services or to Grijo Holdings, LLC.

7. 10DLC Campaign and Text Messaging

Grijo Holdings LLC may engage in a 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) campaign for sending text messages related to rent invoices and other communications.

Opt-In Requirements

To opt-in for text messages, users must provide consent via postal mail along with the hard copy of the invoice. By doing so, users expressly consent to receive rent invoices and related communications via text message. Standard messaging rates may apply.

Opt-Out Procedure

Users can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by simply texting STOP to the number on record. Opting out will cease the delivery of rent invoices and related communications via text message.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the property is located. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where the property is located.
